Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your email accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable emails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just specify the mailbox you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
